My best friend (I'm a guy she's a girl) is always saying how come I never ask her to hang out. Then whenever I finally do ask her to hang out or put some effort into getting together she sounds so uninterested in doing so. She's really stressed right now so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it? Is it normal for her to be like this?

    I KNOW THIS PROBLEM. D: she's acting uninterested to try to keep you interested. She's the one who is feeling needy. Just share the weight.

    Stress can affect lots of things. Anyways, when you ask her to hangout, you should make sure your asking her to do something she wants to do. Or, ask her what she likes to do. Its probablly not the problem in your case but sometimes what you choose to do can make a big difference on the mood of the hangout.

    I'm sure the stress is related. Her emotioal health will def affect the way she interacts with you
