Is it normal for hair to fall out?

I'm a 21 year old woman and lately I've noticed that my hair has been falling out more than usual. I know that everyone loses a certain number of hairs a day, but this seems excessive. Small clumps of my hair have been falling out pretty regularly, but only from one side of my head. I've been to the doctor and had blood tests, MRIs, you name it, and everything shows that I am perfectly healthy. This has gotten really embarrassing, and I don't know how to disguise the hair loss. Is this normal? What should I do?

It's quite common actually I forget the name of it actually I had it once there's 3 different types of it one type is you lose chunks of your hair for around 3-5 months then it grows back second kind is you lose hair all over head and face eye brows / eyelashes usually permanent or third kind lose all hair all over body every where I could be wrong about you having this it could be somthing else but I'd see a skin doctor or somthing
