    are you crazy? How the hell did you ever do it WITHOUT lube?!?!
    Spitting on it and doing it dry are for the birds.
    Astroglide is cool if you want speed, but also look into SHAFT by Mr. S. Leather. Slow and sexy. Good for anal too.     Oh Lord!

    Of course its OK!

    Try Vaseline, Baby Oil, Lubriderm, Aquaphor, Vegetable Oil, Olive Oil, Crisco, Butter, Baby Shampoo, KY Jelly.....the list goes on and on.

    FYI, petroleum based stuff i.e. Vaseline, Baby Oil etc. will leave a somewhat "greased" feeling when your finished. Some stuff may leave a "fragrance" like baby oil, olive oil, etc.. KY, AstroGlide, etc are great but they dry out so fast you have to use more or revive it with water.

    I like Vaseline or Lubriderm.
