Is it normal for guys to get an erection when laying with someone?

If you are a straight guy, suppose you are laying spooning a girl. You didn't intend anything sexual to happen, and you're not attracted to this girl at all. Would you still get an erection just from being in that situation and lying like that regardless of whether you were attracted to this girl or not?

    I think the notion of simply sharing a bed with a girl is enough to hint to your dick something might be going on. We are meant to reproduce, aren't we?
    Besides, boners can occur randomly.

    Yeah this definitely happens all the time. Probably because I find almost everyone to be attractive.
