Is it normal for guy never to be kissed at his 15?

So my younger brother, who is 15 years old came up to me yesterday and asked me for a talk... He told me that he had never had been in relationship and he had never kissed a girl, not even a hug. He is not into guys or what so ever. But he is worried about it alot. I don't know if it is normal not to be kissed by that age, because i got my first kiss in 1st grade.

Is it normal?

    Well I am 18 and yet to have my first kiss so I guess by my standards its pretty normal.

    yeah of course it's normal. How the hell does a kiss in elementary school even count? If that was just as appreciable back then as it was in highschool then damn you guys lived the good life.

    yeah it's cool. just make sure he does before he becomes 18. Tell him to use christianity as an excuse for not kissing girls (until he does, of course).

    though it's not that big of a deal, he could still get some teasing by his mates for being a "kiss-virgin"!

    It's totally normal!! My Boyfriend just told me I was his first kiss today, and he's 16. So I wouldn't worry about it. (:

    I as well got my first kiss in 1st grade, and I even held a cute and innocent relationship in 4th grade, but that's just me.
    My sister is 17, just got her first kiss, but has never had a boyriend. It just depends on the person, but the whole "hug" thing is a bit weird.

    I got my first kiss at 16. First grade, that's way too young.
    He's doing fine.
    Relationships are hard work, you need to be very mature for them.
    He shouldn't rush anything, just let it happen naturally.
