Is it normal for girls to lose interest really fast?

I've had a few girls come up and start talking to me out of the blue. It kind of surprises me since I'm generally really quiet and they seem to find that "cute. " I think it's flattering and all but after a week or two of texting and talking they seem to be unresponsive as if regretting ever meeting me. As if they were expecting something I couldn't offer. I try to be really kind and not push anything too far while still letting them know I like them back but they still just cut me off for some reason. I don't know if it's because I'm awkward or if I'm not as socially active or whatever. This has happened with almost every girl. Is it normal?

    Aaawwww, you sound like my favorite type of guy. Shy guys are so adorable -w- The word for these girls is "fickle." I have a friend who is very fickle. She's flighty and looses interest fast. Just take their interest as a compliment and never expect it to go nay farther. That way when it doesn't you won't be bothered by it, but when it does, it's awesome!! :P

    They set their expectations to high and when you turn out not to be the person they wanted they blow you off.

    Read "The Game" by Mystery and it will open your mind I promise. I can't tell you to many things. Believe in yourself and don't stop at this one book. Look at the videos and read texts from The Pick Up artists community. You will find everything you need to know about relationships.

    Maybe you just weren't what they were expecting? I can't really say if girls do lose interest in people fast, but it appears that way.

      Even if I wasn't what they were expecting, is the person I am just not good enough for them? This is high school so I don't know how different it would be outside of school O.o

        Well I think that's it, it's high school. From my experience high school girls are weird and always look for a task to pass the time. But I can't say about these women since I don't know them. Either ways, just think of it this; they missed out on getting to know a great person.
