Is it normal for girl to not show interest after great date

Recently I went on a dinner and movie date with this new girl she's very cute and has slot of class. We are date went very well we even walked around for an hour or so just talking. The next day I sent her a I had fun text keys keep in touch the problem is she didn't send a text back til I asked her next day if I had misjudged our date and she sent a long text saying she was sorry she didn't see it till late and i didnt misjudge anything she had fun but then once again didn't text back for few hours so I guess I'm saying is it normal for her to act like this? What should I do?

    All I know is a few hours isn't that long to wait for a text back, in my experience.

    If your text was anything like that question then no wonder it took her so long to reply.

    I just hope English isn't your first language.

    Your question is based on one side of the story, namely your opinion. Just because you felt it went great doesn't mean the other person thought it went great. Even if it was great, maybe she had no chemistry with you so it was a great date but a bad dater.

    Dude really? Maybe she's busy. I take hours to reply too. And a lot of my friends also. Same way to my girlfriend. Just give her space man, don't be clingy. If she wants you she'll let you know.

    I wasn't freaking out that she didn't text back my question and I will say it's my fault I didn't state it clearly is I was asking is it normal for a girl to show interest if she is indeed interested as for your comment noopie you just might be right I have to say lol

    Dude..some girls are bad when it comes to texting, (I'm sure guys are too but in my experience, girls are worse.) Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it. Just because she's not instantly texting you back doesn't mean she wasn't interested. You should text her and ask if she wants to do it again, and if she doesn't text back, give it a few days. You don't want her to think you're desperate.

    Maybe she is taking her time and playing hard to get, maybe she really just wasn't in to it. Give the situation time

    Seems like she is not really into you and if she happens to be, well she is toying with you. My guess is she is most likely playing the field and your not the only player. I wouldn't hold my breath with her...if I was you. Move on and don't text her. If she texts you, well do what she did and let her know your not really into her (even if you are) she will want you that much more. Women/Girls are just crazy!!! I know because I use to do this when I was younger and thank God I am mature enough now to not play games!
    Hope it works out...if not, her loss!
