Some of the people that I have met who work there are stoners but I recently filled out an application where it said that they drug test. Is this true?
Yes... So either grow up and stop smoking that shit...or plan to never have a job, almost every employer has the option to random drug test you. Welcome to the real world dude!
No shit everyone has the right to drug test. Is that what he is asking? No, he clearly states he knows they have the rightt as he read it in the application.

Who fucking cares?! It's so easy to pass a piss test. Why the fuck is marijuana considered a drug?! Another stupid question, yet millions have been killed by drinking and driving, but the workplace doesn't seem to give a shit about hiring alcoholics, so they'd rather pick on the innocent stoners. Some of the most talented people I know are stoners and they are amazing people. There's nothing wrong with the happy leaf :)
no true plenty of jobs dont drug test most just put it on the app to discourage paranoid stoners, if you get hurt on the job they will drug test you just to get out of the havin to pay workmans comp, everyone ive ever known who worked at gamestop was a stoner and most stoners are hard workers cause there more focused, give it a shot put in the app would have you got to lose
One I was wondering the same thing. Seeing as I will be putting in for a job there soon. I am a full time college student with a 3.5 GPA, and have smoked since high school. I have stopped for years at a time and slowed down during my times of smoking. My husband who is a combat vet recently picked it up to help with his PTSD. MJ is frequently used for medical reasons and really is not a gateway drug like many people like to believe. The only reason it is classified as a type A substance is because at the time of classification there was not enough research on the subject. Pills that are prescribed are more harmful to your body then weed. Washington and Colorado are on the right path here. Making lots of money and the majority of their citizens are happier excluding those who are way too judgmental. Those of you on either side of the subject who were mature... thank you.

Ok so yesturday was the first time I ever went into a gamestop. I had to preorder a game for someone. Holy shit, the goobers in that place! I'm sorry but this incident was so stereotypical in my eyes. It was funny. The ones who were working in this one did not seem like the stoner type. But who knows. Sorry I had to answer since I was just in there for the first and last time of my life

And make sure that you don't put your blinders on and show me an article that merely mentions marijuana alongside his kid, his crack addiction and to fix his car.
I want you to show me a credible article where someone stole from his employer..or hell, anyone, to support his MARIJUANA addiction. And also, don't bring me the ONE article you can find out of the millions because I can then go and find you ONE article where a man stole so he could buy more legos. I want some proof that isn't circumstantial or the one in a million occurrence that isn't relevant to world 99.9% of us experience.
I don't expect you to be able to do that though, anyone who continues to view marijuana as being even on the same plane as crack or the like is way too far over the edge for even a lick of sense to permeate that dense head of yours.
