Is it normal for friends to tie you up?

Me and my friend were bored and then we started wrestling...haha (we're losers). anyway after a while my friend grabbed some duct tape that was kinda near him and tied my wrists behind my back and my ankles. then he wrapped it around my mouth. He was laughing at me for a while and then untied me. Is this weird?
