I have a few weird 'fetishes,' one of them being bestiality. I say 'fetishes' because these things don't interest me in that manner unless I'm already in the mood. When I'm in the mood, I love to watch bestiality videos and I think they're really kinky, but in a normal frame of mind, I find it strange and even though I do have fantasies, I have no interest in actually performing them. If I see an animal or am playing with one, my mind doesn't go anywhere near the gutter.

Is this normal?

          Yeah that's what I meant. The OP is porn only and doesn't see real life animals as sex toys.

          NOT that bestiality is a good thing. Feel free to be attracted to almost any type of porn, it's just the doing it for real bit that you need to be cautious of fetishes

    If you wouldn't actually do it, it's fine. You can't help what you like. Just like people can't help being gay or straight, they can't help liking bestiality or incest or kiddie porn. The only thing you can help is whether or not you control your desires. And you seem to be.

    I think people are missing the point of my question or maybe I didn't make that clear enough. I'm trying to ask if it is normal for someone to have a fetish, but not want to do it themselves.

      I'm not trying to justify it, but there's a huge difference between an animal willingly engaging in sex and someone forcing it to perform. And yeah, I do believe I mentioned bestiality in the post.

      I watch videos on it, but I don't desire to engage in the real thing. It's only a fantasy.

      It's kind of like this: I appreciate tattoos and I think they look really nice on other people, but I don't want to get one for myself.
