Is it normal for eye color to change
I was born with blue eyes which I had until the age of 4-5. Then they became hazel-brownish. Is this normal? Did it happen to any of you?

I was born blue-eyed, then they became very green indeed.
It's just an early development thing. By the time you're a couple of years old it will fix to the colour you're ment to have.
Green eyes are the only ones that truly change colour on occasion. Others only lighten and darken giving the appearance of change, but it's not an actual shift.
Because 97% of the world has blue or brown colour types, green evolved from a cross of the two somehow. This "haywire" genetic trait is the reason green eyed people are very sensitive to light, the pigment gets damaged easily.
In medieval times green eyed people were treated with great caution, as they were thought to be possessed by serpents lol.
Well I know people with hazel eyes will often switch between green and brown.
Wasn't my eye colour but hair that changed. Had jet black hair when I was born and it suddenly turned blonde when I was a year old, now honey colour...next up grey probably! :)
My eyes are green, but they change to brown sometimes. So yeah it is normal
I agree with dappled. Most babies are born with blue eyes and then they change later on. And my fathers eyes change to green in the summer, but more hazil/brown in the winter. I also have a friend that has eyes that change the same way. Its pretty common, and normal.
It's extremely common for babies to be born with blue eyes but not keep them, especially babies of mid to northern European extraction. My eyes changed a little bit in that became a warmer green around the age of six and then developed slate grey limbal rings (I can't remember what age that was, though).
