The other night my 18 year old daughter walked into my room. She asked me if we could have sex. I have no idea where this could have come from. RIght after that she ran out of my room and into her's. Is it normal for your daughter to ask you to have sex with her?
How could it be normal for your daughter to ask you for sex? If you said yes, you would have committed incest with your daughter. Have you observed anything unusual or weird in her behavior recently? Has your daughter been more curious or active about sex since she turned eighteen?
I guess morally you're under obligation to talk this out with your daughter, although I know it may sound so awkward. But something must be wrong when she asked you for sex. Normal people would know that it's wrong.
It really depends on her motivation. If she's doing it for attention or to just use you as a piece of meat, that's different than if she's using you for her first time. Although rare, there are cases of 18+ girls using their fathers for first time. They usually go on about how their fathers have always loved them and a boy can break her heart. But the father can't. You get the idea hopefully.
There is a video of a Canadian father daughter relationship on some of the inter-webs. She started to flirt with him around 17, and at 18 finally decided it was time. Her justification was because he had always treated her right and there was nothing else she needed from any boy her age that her dad couldn't do for her. But they were both cognizant of the fact she would move on with her life one day.
I would suggest using complete honestly with your daughter and find out why she wanted to have sex with you. Although it is incest, its only illegal if you go blabbing it. (Assuming your in America, other countries incest isn't illegal) And a gentleman never kisses and tells right? Just use protection, and make sure both of you are completely sober. She's 18, so technically that means you'd both be consenting adults.
As well as tons of other places. Like Canada. Spain. Germany. You can count the places on one hand where it isn't illegal. Two hands if you count the ones where its iffy.
My point was, if its something they both want to do they don't have to go telling everyone they did. If they did, its their business. Just because something is illegal doesn't mean people don't do it. When was the last time you saw a crack head tell a cop he's high? Or the CP producer with a sign out front saying he's holding auditions for girls under 10?

Just to clear up any confusion that there might be, I'm her mother. I got divorced when she was 5.
Just ask her why she wanted to have sex. Keep a open mind about it and dont get mad just tell her you want to know why.
