Is it normal for blacks to walk in the street instead of sidewalk?
Notice this peculiar phenomenon frequently. I attribute it to cognitive deficiencies.

depends on the swagger, if they are holding their cock at the time its pretty normal think of it as a tail on the front , but if the are looking back over their shoulder every few steps it means they just stole somthing . body language .

I never seen that but I walk in the road when black people are around. Jk I'm white tho but Sometimes there's a lot of black people taking up the side walk, like if there's a bus stop and/or they are homeless

Right, but note the emphasis is that what I am talking about is not jaywalking. It’s literally walking in the road with no regard for the sidewalk nearby. It’s a social phenomenon so it has everything to with being black. Skin color does not matter except that American blacks have completely different social rules.
