Is it normal for your bff to spead lies about you? Were playing football ( all 3 girls) and some ones dress flew up when we tackled. It was for fun but we landed ontop of each other. And the next day she told every one that we had a 3 way. People are asking did it happen is it true you wanna do my cousin she hot. I want to slap her so hard. She tries to fake it in the halls just to prove it. Am I over reacting or not!

    Sounds like a bunch of petty bullshit. You don't need to be dealing with such naive behavior. There are much bigger things to spend your time energy on than giving your friend the time of day to get a rise out of you. Sounds like you need some better friends.

    I vote: Be the bigger person and if you choose to confront her, do it in a civil, adult manner and pull her aside. Be polite, but BE direct. Let her know that you feel what she did was unacceptable and unnecessary. Tell her what's on your mind. She is supposed to be your friend and friends don't treat each other like that. (Not ones that have any respect for one another.) If she reacts poorly and is unwilling to apologize or understand where you're coming from, then I suggest you reconsider what kind of person you want as a best friend.

    To be honest if she can spread rumors about you and she knows that you would be hurt or upset over them then she ain't worth worrying about. tell her how u feel if she stops it then you can call her a friend. if it carries on then cut Ur losses as there are plenty more decent people out there. :)
