Is it normal for bf to ask when drunk then not sober

Right, my boyfriend will ALWAYS ask for sex when he's had a drink and that's always! But as soon as a he's sober be won't be anything like that at all! He acts like he wants it so badwhen drunk even kissing my neck and boobs and stuff but he goes all frigid when sober again, its so annoying!
