Is it normal for an ex to treat your relationship like it was nothing?

My ex girlfriend broke up with me 4 months ago. There were no hard feelings. She has a lot of family and personal issues. At the time, she said she loved me as a friend and as a person but was not in love with me. She made it clear that she still wanted me in her life. Well fast forward 4 months of very limited contact (1st 2 months I was in no contact) and now she's in worse shape than she was before. She's severely depressed and now when she talks to me, she treats our relationship like it was nothing. It's very uncharacteristic of her. Could it be the depression? Also, a mutual friend told me she has feelings for someone else. What do you think?

My ex treats our relationship like it was nothing also, we even had a child together. She acts like I'm never good enough. It's a shitty feeling but we shall prevail!

Exes always do that when they were the dumper.

Obviously it WAS nothing. You are trying to make it something it wasn't.
    Get over it, move on.

  • It's the best way. It clears the head, and fills my bed.
