Is it normal for all these weird things to happen at work ?

Okay so when i graduated i went to an office and weird things start to happen , i will see hands (not solid ones )on top of the coworkers , a black hand will appear and disappear on my computer , metals from my bag will fall down , a peice of metal from my ring will fall down (and it's metal it doesn't fall down easy ) ,one of the coworkers will read my mind .I will go to the kitchen and see a shadowy figure in it , yet when i look at it , it disappears ?,also i went to another office , and there was a latin sentence or mixed up letters /words that appeard on my screen , even when i don't type anything or open a specific website , in another office the boss and a girl working there will read my mind , they will discuss things related to me , and start acting weirdly , and i would be typing like the lettet h and the lettr b will appear not h even though it's written on the keyboad H. is it normal for all that stuff to happen ?!
