Is it normal for all my friends to suddenly hate on me for who i am?

All my so called friends have turned against me and started being nasty and horrid towards me. I dont know what ive done wrong, im not sure if its just part of growing up or whether this is weird, iin?

They aren't really your friends, when I came out to my "best friend" she was shocked, she left me alone and started to tell a few people that I was a lesbian but they didn't really care or they must have known. It's not you who needs to change but them, someday you'll find people that will accept you for who you are just be yourself and be proud of who you are. Goodluck :)

I'm not sure if it is or not, but it happened before to someone from my class, everyone suddenly disliked him, even his clique at around the same time. I think another guy was going around and stirring trouble, talking crap about him and brainwashing everyone into disliking him

don't worry, I've seen this happen to lots of people in my year and recently it happened to me. My 3 best friends of 5 years started to drift away from me and one day dumped me as a friend and starting being compleeete bitches claiming it was cuz I'd changed and spent too much time with my boyfriend. I'm so much happier now and I've realised I didn't change I grew up and am much better off without them

It's a normal part of life sometimes to be betrayed by people you thought you knew, or thought cared for you. It's not an awesome circumstance but youll carry on.

People(especially in school) just want to be superior, to be seen as "cool" is the worst thing our status quo has to offer. They're not your real friends man, accepting someone for who they are, and trusting them with your life is being a true friend. All they want to do is lose you and shun you in an attempt to "rise" in that idiotic scale of popularity, they're just insecure. Just find real friends, real people, real relief givers you can trust, don't be friends with anyone because you think they will make you seem cool, that's the downfall of society, being insecure.

If they were your true fiends then they wouldn't do something like that to you. And yes it is normal as you grow up, you just have to move on!;) gl

That's life. Pretty much a lot of people experience this including me. It sucks so much but in the future at least you get to meet your real friends and you'd be happy you're not with those "friends" anymore.

All the guys now think i'm weird and the girls stay away from me because i'm bi. I'm a bit different with my fashion sense, i get told i'm an emo fag and i get teased 'cause i'm a "scene kid" and i'm getting sick of everything now..
