Is it normal for all emotions to feel pretty much the same?

My emotions mostly feel pretty much the same, kind of like a rush of energy, and I can usually only tell exactly what I'm feeling by working out what I should be feeling. If I couldn't do that I think I'd have no idea, I'd know I was feeling something but I wouldn't know what it was. I mean, there are slight differences in the emotions but nowhere near big enough differences that I could distinguish between them.

I don't like to feel emotions as they all feel kind of uncomfortable to me, even the good ones. Happiness and excitement feel about the same as anger and fear.

I don't think that's normal. We as humans are "supposed to" be able to distinguish emotions from each other. But, maybe this means you are an advanced human being. You don't waste your time with emotions while millions of people waste their lives dwelling over their emotions. Blessing in disguise?

    • I already tried suicide (in a dream not real life) but I ended up in a hell with aliens throwing babies at me and the babies were made of fire and it hurt.
