Is it normal for aliens to be putting thoughts into my head?

I know, me too! All those illegal aliens are constantly bombarding me with messages in Spanish, and who knows what they mean? Perhaps that language will turn my brain to mush, or better yet, tacos! I've tried tin foil hats, and even an alloy colander, but to no avail; the Spanish still gets through. We need to do something to protect our children from becoming open minded and accepting of others. Why won't our government protect us?

I can see where you're coming from. I do believe your average person is not receptive to understand this. Some things you can't just come out and say! For this I would recommend a site by David Icke or David Wilcock. What you need is grounding. Get obsidian or hematite. Those are grounding healing crystals. Or you can use a visualization technique of imagining your feet going into the ground as tree roots and that you're grounded into mother earth. Planets are alive and you can actually communicate with mother earth. It's not just a hippie philosophy. :)

Look online. There are things you can do to contact aliens. There are groups in some cities that go out into the friggin wilderness at night and conduct these UFO séances or whatever. There are other things too. There's a doctor in the San Fernando valley that specializes in the removal of alien dermal-neuro implants. The little chips they put in u when they abduct u so they can communicate with you, read ur mind, track you and so on. Or you could try hypnosis therapy or something.
