I've met black people that don't conform to this stereotype, but also black people that do.
My friend I grew up with is black but wasn't loud or rude at all. Then this black guy I knew at school would yell "FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKER" at the teachers all the time, do gang signs in front of the camera during Film Studies and dealt drugs haha he was hilarious though. Actually a nice guy behind all that fronting. The only black girl in my old art class would yell out at the teacher all the time and hit people.
I think it is just a sign of where you're from. The friend I grew up with grew up in my neighbourhood, which was poor but luckily quiet and just outside the rougher parts of town, whereas the black guy and black girl I mentioned were both from pretty rough areas in London and had a crap upbringing.
Funny but I find the term African American weird. Black people don't all come from Africa after all.
The black people I have known weren't loud at all. The only loud black people I remember seeing where women and that was on TV.

I’m black and I don't talk loud. In fact I barely talk at all. I think that's because my mom went to a catholic school in the islands.
She told me a story when I was little about a time when they were having lunch and the nun told them not to make a peep, but there was a boy that thought it would be funny to say "peep" so the nun jacked him up and took him to get spanks.
Only ghetto blacks are like that. Educated blacks are normal. Unfortunately, most blacks in the US are uneducated. :(

I am surprised no is yelling at you for being a racist. Honestly I had friends who were and they never would shut up. It is not usually that bad if they are not cussing their brains out the entire day.
