Is it normal for acne/blackheads to stink in sweaty areas?

Im overweight and I have been all my life, but im dropping some pounds definately and its getting more and more visible :) Im just worried that in between my man boobs I have hair and skin that is typically oily/sweaty except after I wash it of course. I do have some minor chest acne, but directly inbetween my man boobs I squeeze and get a cream/white and thickish but not solid consistency, and it smells horrible. it smells like sweat and B/O and oily skin dirt build up idk how to describe it and I dont want to but it smells really bad. I know its gross but I just wanna know if its some kind of infection or is it is it normal?

I just showered and washed my chest vigorously with an axe shower thing and used a skin cleanser. Its almost all gone now, but by this time tomorrow if I dont shower itll all be back. It builds up very quickly and I think it might just be a buildup of oil/dirt/sweat/etc. in open pores in my chest, since my chest gets hot and warm areas open pores
