Ok Im 20 and shes 35 and we are co- workers, ever sense i got the job she has been talking to me. She even was the first to introduce her self to me. We talk alot! Every chance we get she'll spark up a small convo with me. Last friday we were talking and she said we should exchange numbers. I got her number and she wished me good morning with alot of smiley faces? Shes a very good looking women for her age, its just that idk if shes just being nice and friendly or wanting more?

You probably don't want my opinion. But.
Shes given three "Indicators of Intrest" Introduced herself, Asked for your number, and initiates conversation.
Chances are... she wants you. If she looks at you for three straight seconds during a break in a conversation, she wants to kiss. Go from there.
Oh yeah, check for the look, you know, when her eyes dialate and stuff like that. Ask her if she wants to go out or something, doubt she would say no.

Besides, If you mess up? So what, at least you wont kick yourself and regret it for not actually giving at go huh?

Tried suggesting going out after work for dinner or during your lunch hour to lunch. or maybe bowling or something. I know at my work place we had a similar situation with some people and we came up with that idea of doing the bowling thing one night after work and it worked. That person got all their answers. It was funny as hell though. to see them all drunk.
