I do not believe it is necessary. I wipe my ass with my hand if I really need to wipe, but if theres only a little poop there, I just leave it until I decide to shower.

    It may be normal but i suggest atleast washing your hand after you use it. It can not be healthy or smell good to anyone around you.

    Okay, in the US; no, it is not normal. I think it is disgusting. However...

    In India this is common practice. They actually wipe their ass with their left hand, then they put some water on their butt. They believe toilet paper causes smearing.

    It is pretty normal to wash ass by left hand but hands should be washed well right after that.
    And i think toilet paper left some remanants there.
