Is it normal for a woman to be downright grotty on her period

When I was around fourteen or so I remember walking through the main street of our small town to visit a mate.
I notice a woman driving her car pull over to the kerb and open her door. She appeared to be hurriedly doing something then shut her car door and sped off.

She was young, twenty or so, had business attire on. Well curiously I wanted to see what she had discarded on the ground. I went to where she was parked up, and there on the ground was a just used heavily blood soaked tampon.... Wtf

Do some women do this type of thing ? And is it also normal that I got a little hard thinking about it later, even though it was filthy?

      I do believe that is littering. Also maybe she had to go to a meeting and had no time to stop?

          Maybe she did not know she had a meeting. Also she might have been running late.

    Maybe she was really late or in pain or something? It's a really strange, gross thing to do, but I feel like she must have been desperate to risk the embarrassment. She might've been on the way to an important job interview or something, and then had to change her tampon before it leaked onto her clothes.

    Woman are disgusting pigs. Not all women mind you but it appears a good portion. I am a women and I personally don't get it. I discovered women are pigs in college. My floor shared a bathroom. Women would leave tampons everywhere. On the fucking sink on the ground etc..there would be smears of blood on the wall. Boogers etc. Whyyyyyyy??????! Ewwwwww! It got so bad threatened to close the bathroom. Not sure of threats worked cause I transfered schools. But it doesn't surprise me someone would toss a tampon on the ground when so many evidently can't be bothered to properly dispose of them in a bathroom that they have to use. This is gross. It makes me ashamed of my gender but unfortunately it appears to be *gag* normal.

      Men's college dorms are super gross, too. It's a college thing, not a woman thing. People are supposed to grow out of it.

        Ah maybe its random I actually asked some guys I know my husband included if they had a problem in their college bathrooms and they said no. My husband also swears up and down that men's rooms in stores are cleaner too cause I'm always saying wtf when I come out of one. Guess we will just leave it at SOME women and SOME men can be equally gross. Hopefully they grow out of it but not all do. :)

          Obviously, men's rooms in stores don't have to deal with tampons very often. All the dudes I know say that men's rooms are really, really gross though. I'm actually really surprised that your husband says otherwise.

              Where I live, the stereotype is that women are cleaner in the bathroom than men. I don't think that's really true, except for little boys who can't aim, though. Let's just agree that people are gross.

    She must've been in a bit of a hurry. I think I got turned on purel because the age I was and it being vagina related.... Dunno, I ain't really a psychologist.

    The bloody part was gross. That part made me grossed out. But how cheeky of her to just yank it and fling!
