Is it normal, for a video to stop you from having a asthma attack?

My asthma attack originally started the day before yesterday after I had eaten my lunch. I took a natural anti-histamine which helped a lot but another asthma attack came back many hours later, in the early morning of today. It was horrible, I was literally gasping for air. What little air that could escape from my lungs came out like a faint but somewhat high-pitched wheeze. I thought about going down into the kitchen to make myself some coffee but decided against it because I felt like it was too late. So, stubborn me decided to wait it out and go on youtube.

I watched quite a few videos with no success at getting better. However, it was when I clicked a video for a beatboxing contest that my lack of oxygen finally started to change... After, I was a few minutes in, I suddenly noticed that my asthma attack was gone. There was no more wheezing and I could get deep breathes of air in.

This has never happened to me before. Is it normal?

You might want to see a doctor and confirm it's not a panic attack, the symptoms can be similar.

If you find something that helps I would definitely do it as long as its not your TREATMENT for asthma attacks.

sorry to hear you have a hard time breathing sometimes.

have you looked on the internet for natural remedies for that problem?

you might be surprised what you find that might be able to help you.

its okay that something like a video makes you feel better.
