Since I was 11 I always thought of having a child. My mother was 18 when she first had a child and my sister was 16 when she had her first. It just seems normal to me to marry,have kids, and be independent at an early age. Its more like an obsession. I would only actually do this if financially stable for a family. What are your thoughts?
Wait until you are financially stable and have at least gone to college.
Most often, when a young girl wants a child without any regard for the reality of the logistics of child rearing, it is because she wants someone who will love her unconditionally, forever. These girls usually come from broken homes and feel unloved, unwanted and alone in the world.
A desire to have children is probably built into most women, but it comes with a desire for a family, a partner and with the hope that this will be a successful family and environment in which to raise those children, not just having a baby.
Haha I'm 22 and feel people my age still are too young for having children. It's generally accepted though..
Teenage girls craving children is actually not that unusual, but make no mistake it would be a terrible idea for you and your family.
