Hey, I'm a straight male, but I'm obsessed with having no hair on my body (except for face and head). I shave all the time. I love having smooth legs and a smooth body. To be honest, it doesn't even have anything to do with sex. Even when I'm alone, If I can see my hair I feel gross.
Is this considered "gay"?
Well I am gay and I don't shave body hair. Hmmm does that make me straight? Damn straightness creeping up on me like that.
Lets just say its not what masculine men do. You never know what the softies will do next
I think most gay guys prefer masculine men, that's why they're gay... A lot don't like guys without body hair. I'm a male to female transsexual. Trust me we live in way separate worlds. Gay guys don't like trans and I don't like gay guys. Gay guys don't want a fem. figure who shaves their legs. They want a guy with all the natural masculine features.
If gay men do not want feminine guys why are so many gay guys feminine? I have seen a lot of girly guys that are gay. Does that mean these gay men can never get a boyfriend and will be shunned from the gay community for not being manly enough? I do not think being gay equals masculinity. Also how is dressing up like a women being masculine? That makes no sense at all.
Just because it doesn't stick with society's view of the "straight man" doesn't mean that you aren't. Make our own decisions and know yourself.
I'm a girl and I wish guys did shave everywhere. I don't like when guys are really uh..."wooly" personally.
I wish more men would do this. Body hair is gross, but to each their own.
Why would it be gay? I actually find guys with shaved legs more attractive anyways.
It might not be 'normal', but is sure feels great (once you get used to it!). I just shaved mine in the shower and with lotion after, they feel so nice! I am not gay either. However, I am the same in that I just don't like a lot of body hair. For example, I just HATE seeing male pubic hair in public bathrooms. So Gross! Please guys, at least trim that stuff. I also hate seeing guys with lots of underarm hair sticking out. Yuck! I guess I'm saying, I just like to be more groomed than a lot of guys, but that does not make me gay. I love women as much as the next straight hairy guy, just without at much hair.
It isn't normal. But it doesn't mean its a gay thing. I think you may have some sort of "hair-phobia" on a mellow level. I prefer my boyfriend with a nice trimmed beard and fuzzy legs, like a live teddy bear. :3
I like hair.on the legs for sure.
Also, I don't think shaving leg hair has anything to do with being gay.

These days there's pressure on men too and some guys get waxed to take hair off so if u wanna shave then do it. There aren't many hairy male models around so its not like they aren't doing the same dang thing. See any hair in an Abercrombie ad? Nope. Do what you want.
It's normal to remove that much hair if you're into a sport like swimming or cycling or maybe if you're a male model otherwise it's not normal but I wouldn't call it gay either.
