So I'm getting an interview at a local pizza place in a couple days, the only problem is...I just don't know whether they drug test their employees or not. Just wanted to know your thoughts on the situation.
If every pizza place drug tested the employees there would be no one to make pizzas lol . But ya your probably alright . I got tested applying for an oil rigg job but that's a little different .
they drug test you to make sure that you do marijuana. See, everyone working there smokes it so you gotta fit in.
weed is really the only thing that catch people, and the harder drugs are out of your system in like 2 days.. so i think it's pointless
Pizza place employs a LOT of potheads, that are driving around.......... its just due dilligence on the companies part - if you get into an accident and it turns out you have drugs in your system, the company has a better argument in court ie: negative drug test

I highly, highly doubt it. If it's just a little local pizza place they probably don't bother with that sort of thing.
I doubt it. It's usually the high up corporate businesses that do drug testing.
I think every work place should test for drugs. Unless you go to work as a muscle for a colombian cartel.
not to get hired, unless they just don't like you. pizza is good work though, kitchen or delivery is dope. they might test you if you get injured on the job. when i worked at a pizza place and had to climb a ladder i would tell the manager she had to piss for me if i fell off and got hurt. you should be straight though.
yeah i always yell at the useless pot heads pizza places hire lol. one day when i was yelling at him the guy asked me if i thought it was easy i saidd yess you dumb shit you make the pizza and deliver it too me you usless flanking idiot! its not rocket science. lol
I work at pizza hut and they didn't drug Test me when I started. Usually they only will if you get hurt on the job and try to apply for workmans comp.
^ is right. If they drug tested everyone pizza places would go out of business. A lot of workers have the munches, and love the smell of pizza. Then they can make money for more weed.
Most likely not. The turnover rate is too high and testing is expensive. Most places like that only drug test if you get injured on the job.
