Is it normal for a pimple to twitch?

So, every time at night after I apply my clindamycin phosphate topical gel onto my face, my pimples seem to twitch? I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing.
If you could, could you please let me know if this is normal and what it means when it is twitching?

If it's not good, what do you think I can do to stop/prevent it?

(Btw, I've been getting really bad breakouts since last summer. Hate it so much.)

Never reference a Family Guy moment when trying to figure out solutions to problems.

it's a good thing.. helps it heal faster. In fact during meditation to heal you want that to happen.
