Is it normal for a mid-30s man to only date women 5+ years younger?
I am a man in my mid-30s. I am a white collar professional and have earned a six-figure income every year since my mid-20s, stay in shape, and look look relatively young for my age. When I was in my mid-20s, dating was hard because so many women my age either wanted to play the field or simply didn't want to be with a guy who was busy establishing his career. However, now that I am older, I get a lot of attention from women my age and also seem to get more obvious attention from women in their mid-late 20s than I did when I was that age.
I prefer the younger women because they are better looking and are often much nicer than the women in their mid-30s. I am also looking for my future wife and view the younger women as better prospects who are likely more fertile. The women my age are often self-centered bitter crones who look old and used up and are angry that they aren't married.
Is it normal to only date women 5+ years younger and avoid the jaded mid-30s women who are well on their way to spending the rest of their lives along with their cats?
