Is it normal for a married woman to masturbate all the time?

I have been married for 7 years and have a very active and healthy sex life with my husband.

But I also masturbate a lot when I am on my own. Especially when my husband is away on work trips. This can be as much as 4 to 5 times in a day.

I usually do it at home during the day. But I sometimes also do it when I am out and about. I quite often play with myself when driving my car. I have also done it several times in some woods just around the corner from my house.

One time I even did it in the local swimming pool, when there were other people there. I don't think anyone saw.

I just get the urge and can't help myself. This is not a measure of how good my husband is with me. I always orgasm lots when we make love.

Is this normal that I masturbate so much?

Sound as if you are hurting no one and keeping yourself happy! I think it is fine for you to have such a healthy sex drive

    nothing wrong with that.

sometimes you need to get rid of tension.

    men do it too.

tho, i'd suggest laying off the public masturbation. if you get caught ... it's not just a slap on the wrist. You get put on the registered sex offenders list

Sounds like you could be a sex addict.

I encourage my wife to masturbate as much as she wants. I like her to be free with her sexual needs.
It usually doesn't mean we get to do less sex so I see no problem with it.

Sounds normal to me. I always masturbate more when my husband is gone.

It seems you have a high sex drive and you can enjoy it, which is not a bad thing. Nothing wrong with you...
