Is it normal for a manager to ignore an employee?

I have a health condition, am in the process of getting disability. My manager knows this but I guess she doesn't understand the severity of it. One of my other managers really cares about me and definitely understands so when I'm coming in 10 minutes late to work, they just ask how I feel or tell me that I should take it easy, etc. This illness I have at the moment effects me getting there on time. But today, when I was late, I noticed my female manager ignored me completely. I needed help with something, she didn't come. A customer called the store and asked for her, I called her to answer it, she ignored it. I was trying to reach something up high and she's really tall, she passed by and didn't help. I had a customer ask where the manager was, she was near me, I kindly called her over to help, she didn't come over and just kept walking.

Is this normal behavior for a manager?

An illness that affects you getting there on time? I used to have one like that myself ;)
But seriously, I voted "yes" this is normal behaviour for a manager, not that I agree with it.
Rightly or wrongly all she cares about is your efficacy as an employee. Maybe she thinks you're not pulling your weight or that you're taking liberties by arriving late, so she's being passive aggressive in response. Not everyone will be as understanding as your other manager.

It's really poor form for her to ignore you when a customer had asked for her! That is bad. My advice would be to avoid asking for her if you can. She's not going to respond anyway, so at least you won't be left hanging.

So yeah, she's a bit of a bitch which is probably normal for a manager.

U need to inform her boss. She reminds me of a stuck up middle schooler.

Your manager is immature. If she keeps it up, talk to her boss. Her feelings toward you should not get in the way of good customer service.

Hey if you cant do the job you cant do the job. They can only cut you so much slack. If your disability is so bad you cant get to work than disability should be able to pay for your living arrangements. If you cant cut it you cant cut it and you need a new job. I have a friend who is on full disability because they medically are incapable of working any longer and they get a check every month for housing.

Your manager needs to tread lightly on your illness because of ADA American disability act which your entitled to reasonable accomodations but her ignoring a customer within earshot I would bring those up to your head supervisor
