Is it normal for a man to wear a skirt/unbifurcated garment.

I am a young male(20-25 years of age) and I like wearing unbifurcated garments(think skirts, kilts, sarongs, etc), but am wondering if it is normal. The reason is that I find it more comfortable than wearing pants/shorts.

    Yes, it's normal. Men have been doing it in many cultures for thousands of years.

    You can do this if you're in Scotland or in Fiji, As I guess.
