I was walking home earlier with my headphones in and suddenly a man on a bike rode past me from behind and he put his hand up my skirt and squeezed my butt... he didn't even turn around to look at me as he rode off, he just carried on as if it was casual. I am fairly young so i'm not really used to being touched by guys so i don't know if this is normal... he looked about 25-35 but i couldn't see his face because he was wearing a coat with the hood up. I was quite shocked so i didn't really know what to do and i just carried on walking. Should i have told him to F off or something? Is this a normal thing for a man to do, to squeeze a young girl/woman's butt who he's never even met or spoken to before?

      I would have but 1) he was on a bike and 2) I was frightened/shocked so it took me a few moments to realise what had happened, at which point it was too late to do anything :\

    Absolutely, perfectly normal. As a matter of fact, many countries have passed laws making this legal during certain hours of the day.
    In the US it's legal from 2:30PM and 4:47PM Mondays, Wednesdays and leap year day, all day long. In the UK it's a bit different, but with all the CCTV, you'd better stick to the schedule. In Oz, it's legal during all daylight hours, but only to natural born Australian girls who are real blondes.
    I wouldn't do it in Kiwi land though, even though it's perfectly legal at all hours, because it might be mutton in girl's clothing, and that could be a bit messy, right?
    Just last week, Walmart was having a sale on iron panties, but I guess you missed out. Oh well, they will go on sale again soon. There's less need for them, especially in California and Florida as those states are almost completely inhabited by gay men now a days.
