Is it normal for a man to only use women's hygiene products?

My coworker asserts vehemently that he only uses ladies deodorants, razors, lotions, and other hygiene products. He claims that the women's deodorants handle sweat and stench better than men's, and that the razors and lotions are better because they make women's skin so smooth. "Like a baby's tush", he says. He has convinced many others to do this too. He once got in a heated argument with me because I wore axe. He also goes to drug stores 5 times a week to get new products, he has about 20 women's deodorants, about 15 women's loofa's, 10 women's bodywashes, and 30 women's razors, 15 women's sponges, pumice stones, gets a manicure twice a week, and a facial once a month. IS THIS NORMAL? I NEED TO PROVE A POINT! I can understand manscaping to a degree, but using all women's products and getting a hair cut twice a week is insane. (He is heterosexual too.)

Mostly, women take care of their body, skin and hair more than men. So, women products are better. I think, he realized this so he likes using women products more than men products. Thats normal.

  • YES! I love to wear women's deodorant. It simply smells better than men's. Whenever I stop and smell myself, I get all randy thinking there's a lady around somewhere...IN MY HOME! Disappointment follows. I also use women's razors, because my skin is rather sensitive and gets "razor burned" easily. Even the more expensive men's razors are garbage. The increased number of blades just make my condition even worse. Sometimes I shave with this near-ancient Swedish felling axe I acquired some time ago. Most amazing steel I've ever encountered. Glows blue in the sun. No smith's markings. Strange.

Metrosexuals are normal. But he has like 50 products? Does he own a covent? He doesn't need that much!

    We do have better products.

What isn't normal is your need to prove a point about this. Who cares? And what is a woman's loufa, pumice stone etc. How do they differ from men's? Having that much stocked up though seems like he has s fetish for these hygeine products.

For the record, men's razors do tend to work better and you can buy 'em in bulk.

It's more normal for women to use men's products. The men's products are usually cheaper.

Female deodorant has aluminum particles in it which complete the anti perspirant element if women's deodorant whereas men's doesnt. As a female I do the opposite and use men's so I'm not spraying tiny particles of aluminum into my body
