A co worker of mine and me kissed one day a months ago. Everyday at work we go off and makeout. We talk everyday he says how much he wants me but we have never had sex. He obviously gets turned on and he seems to care about me. So what gives? Why dont we do it?

or perhaps he's afraid of getting fired for making out on the job
after all unless you're in the adult industry you're not being paid to get laid at work. or even make out.
in fact if your company has a "no dating" policy... perhaps he's afraid of getting caught
Ok update: He mentioned that what were are doing is more serious and longer lasting than just a quick fling. So thats why we havent done anything else.

He's trying to take his time with you and not rush things like most men. If I were you, I'd admire that quality about him, and just let things happen when they happen!
Yeah somedays i just feel like asking him whats the deal. Other days i just want to keep it like it is. I mean if we take the next step then what a relationship? I mean its kinda exciting and risky like this.But how long can we hold out on each other? LOL. Keep u posted!!
My boyfriend did this for the longest time. He'd just want to make out and I'd want to jump his bones. Finally he let me but it took several months. Now he has reverted back to the whole just kissing thing. It confuses me.
