i have a male friend who NEVER talks about women. it's been years and he never does it. is he gay?

    Not all guys are concerned with women and sex 24/7. Maybe he respects them, and will not talk to others explicitly about them. He may have thoughts and fantasies and what not, but he doesn't have to talk them out loud. Maybe he finds that someone he likes would be personal to him. Not everyone is open and not everyone is rowdy like many teens nowadays. It does not mean he's gay.

    When I had a boyfriend (I am male) I used to do that when I didn't think those around me would be accepting of a gay person.

    Talking about women can be hundreds of different things.. Is he not talking about women in general? Sex? Love? Attraction? Maybe he's shy, maybe he doesn't like them. Maybe he's religious and women is something that can't be talked about? Perhaps he keeps his thoughts about them to himself. I don't see anything wrong with him.

    Totally normal! Not all guys are pathetic losers that talk about girls! Not all guys are disrespectful and desperate. Some guys have class and respect. Maybe you should try it!!!
