If my wife does not put on perfume before a romp in the bed, then I wear her perfume. It helps with my arousal. I sometimes put on her perfume before I leave the house.

How normal is this?

    Sure, scent is an important part of arousal. I feel the same way about some men's cologne (the cheap crap is gross, though).

      I am glad I am not alone. I am like you in that I only like the high end perfumes....cheap perfume is not appealing to me. I am a high maintenance bitch aren't I............? :-)

    normal. There are tons of memory receptors attached to smell, so it makes sense that you have attached this smell to sex and it increases your arousal when you smell it :)
