Is it normal for a man to behave so manly and egoistic ?

Is it normal for a man to behave this way ?
My sister is married to a middle eastern arab man , he is narcisisstic , manly , egoistic . He always argues with her , when they were younger he would fight with her on everything and nothing , i was visting them and slept in thier house, and he woke her up at 7 :00 am and started arguing with her . He blurts out words that are mean and hurt others , when he is angry , don't know if he says such things intentionally or because he's angry (like he's verbally abusive ), he is very emotionally immature . He used to be married to an american wife ,who divorced him after two years or so , then after a couple of years he married my sister (my sister and i are also arab ). His daughters don't like him , his brother's wife tells his mother "who doesn't get annoyed from him ?! " , meaning that everyone gets annoyed from him .
