Yes you can... I never had a wet dream as a kid (too much wanking from about 9!) then had my first aged about 28 after forgetting about sex for a few weeks.

One time after being locked in the hospital for long period of time, my girlfriend was out of town that week fortunately. However the dreams brought her back. Never had anything like again. My dreams are seriously weird these days, hanging pictures, going to public events, doing the dishes, cooking normal stuff.
