I read a lot of posts on emetophobia sites on the internet from people who never puked when they were kids. I`m terrified of throwing up mainly because I overdid it as a kid. I got sick once a year for no reason until I was 8, then not until I caught stomach flu when I was 10. I would have thought puking that often would be abnormal, am I right to think this?
With my vast medical knowledge i can tell you that you are not normal sir. I am sorry top tell you this you are suffering from Kermitthefogsyndrome, you can confirm this assumption if you have an uneasiness around the colour green.
Once a year sounds normal unless you feel it's strange and not related to sickness - it just comes out of nowhere.
You may see if you are zinc deficient. If you don't have enough zinc in the body you can throw up like a bulimic person.
Just take your vitamin's!
Once a year sounds completely normal to me. I don't think it's often at all. That's about the amount I threw up when I was younger.
