Is it normal for a guy to want to go sockless after work?

At my job I wear white (Nike) tennis shoes and socks with shorts. It gets pretty warm where I'm at. As soon as I get home, I enjoy getting my boat shoes, sitting down in the bed, pulling off my tennis shoes and socks, and slipping on the boat shoes without socks. The sockless feeling makes me feel like I'm "off-work" and relaxed. Is that normal for a guy, or is that more a girl thing? If it's only normal for girls, why?

    YOLO. I'm female, and as long as you have nice feet, I'm totally okay with this. In fact, if you want to wear flip flops or go barefoot to work, fine by me. It takes a rebel to do it, I guess. Barefoot is better, its good for you. Your feet need to move. They need to breathe.
