Is it normal for a guy to shape his eyebrows?

I'm OCD about how I look and a good looking friend of mine said he tweezes his brows. They aren't feminine at all. He just cleans up his natural brow line. So I tried doing it too. Then I was told that to look better and clean cut you can use a straight-edge to make sure your brows are proportionate with your face (I'm sure girls know all about this). I was really surprised how much better I looked. So is it normal that a guy, 23, cleans up his brows with tweezers for a clean look? I do it as a routine now with my shaving. I'm curious what girls think of this. Thanks!

Oh my gosh you are absolutely NOT gay if you pluck your eyebrows. Ive been with my boyfriend for three years and he has really bushy eyebrows. About a year ago I told him I didn't like the unibrow and admitted to wanting to pluck them but not knowing what do do, so since then I always do his eyebrows! Lol it looks so much better and I'm sure if he didn't have me he would do it himself, it makes you look more clean cut and put together. Eyebrows and gays have nothing to do with eachother. I get your point but you're worrying about something pointless. I'm sure you arent the only straight man in the world who plucks his eyebrows.

No one likes a unibrow or a hairy beast. Good job and keep it up!

Unibrows are the biggest turn off for me. Okay not the BIGGEST but if we are only talking appearances, then I would say that a unibrow is one of the biggest turn offs.

Wtf is with all the people who say : gaay... Last time i checked gay ment going with the same sex.. And not plucking your brows.. And even then nothing wrong with gay .. Now on topic: if it makes u feel beter/ beter looking or what ever. Why not .
Its not normal since most boys dont do it but that doesmt mean you cant do it or that its bad.. Go for it ^^

Cleaning up: do it! Every guy should, we all have stray hairs, and tackling the migrating chaos makes a big difference. Even girls wanting broader brows should groom them occasionally.
Shaping: no! Unless you've a horribly straight brow, don't. It's easy to mess up and you run the risk of having those feminine 'scene kid' brows.
Waxing: if you've a lot of hair on the lid (under brow), or between your brows waxing is easier/faster than plucking. And you'll have to do it less often. Again, don't wax to shape your brows.

I do my guy's eyebrows (between brows, lid and near the edge). He's very grateful afterwards (hates the process though- poor guy), and still has the broad, thick-browed, masculine look.

Ideally, you should look 100% the same as you do before plucking when seen from a distance, say from 6m. You're only cleaning hairs (and those that cause visible shadowing) from closer distances and close up. You, like women, should look natural, and not overplucked.

NO! But if you're just clearing out some unibrow hairs, then that's okay. BUT DON'T SHAPE YOUR EYEBROWS LIKE A FAGGOT

Do it if you want to and do it if it makes you feel tidier, but don't overdo it. We all see what we want to see in the mirror but never what others see so easy does it. Oh, and most important of all: improve your self-confidence by actually NOT giving a $4!+ what the males who are worried about their own sexuality or those few females still reinforcing gender stereotypes (when it suits them) have to say on the subject.

Enjoy life. Break the rules. Run with the lions, not the frightened herd.

Those who say no one likes a unibrow. False. I like unibrows. Actually no. I love unibrows. So maybe you're right

If it's a unibrow, get it permanently lasered off for like £100. Otherwise leave your man-brows alone, they are sexy =D

Girls find you more attractive if you do. It would be just as gay to not do it.

Since you just clean them up and not shape 'em, I think it's normal
    !

David Beckham does it and a lot of people would agree he is attractive. I thought he looked more attractive when natural, though. Anyone who looks like they are trying too hard is a bit of a turn-off.
