So I had a friend over and we were watching a movie and sometimes he would poke me while watching the movie. For some reason though he enjoys poking my legs, and very recently poking my breasts. I even asked him why are you touching me there? He replied "I don't know". But then he would do it again. Now I don't mind it, but I'm just so curious about it and wanting an answer

    That's not really normal. It sounds like sexual harassment, really.

    If it doesn't bother you, then it's whatever, but if it does bother you, or if you feel like he keeps trying to push the boundaries, then you should firmly tell him to step off.

    Because he's not emotionally developed and it's his way of letting you know he's interested in you. He LIKE likes you in a sexual way.

    If you are interested poke his arm or leg next time see if theres a response [err warning though it could be more then a poke back]

    I remember in Highschool the guys I somewhat knew would "scoop" some of the female friends I had's breasts. I was weirded out by it but at the same time my female friends said they don't care and find it funny so don't take offense...Until one of them got it done more to them and then one of my other female friends got insanely jealous because she didn't have as much boobage...Lol.

    I didn't do it, though. Still seemed weird.
