Over christmas and new years i fell very ill and nearly died with a kidney infection and syptacemia, when i eventually got to leave early january time i was discharged with 9 different medications to take for a number of weeks, they made me very drowsy and unable to control my sleep patters and whether my sleep was deep or not..mid february i was at my ex partners home, we went to bed after watching a movie, managed to get into a draining argument which somehow got him turned on and he tried to get me to sleep with him, i refused, moved myself to the other side of the bed as far away from him as i could were i eventually fell into a deep sleep..the next day after my ex went to work and i finally woke i knew something wasnt right as i started to smell cum, the underwear i was wearing the night before had been taken off, i confirmed what he'd done by asking him if he had f*cked me and came inside all whilst i was sleeping, he explained how he was really horny even before our heated argument and couldnt help himself, he felt the urge and didnt want to control himself any longer?, that cant be normal?..also is it considered as rape even tho i didnt say no?, buut i was asleep so didnt even get the chance to say no??..and the topping on the icing is that im pregnant from that evening of it being all on him and im lost confused and hurtin and generally stomped on wat 2 do?..u may b strangers but good advice is welcomed.

    This is 100% rape. And guys shouldn't just "lose control" like that. Do any other women who he might come in contact with a favor and press charges. It would be horrible if he did that to someone else too.

    Yeah it is rape but I also don't get why you were in your ex's bed, if you had no intention of even sleeping with him. I mean it could be innocent but I don't see why you would even go to the bedroom with him.

    But if you didn't say no or get the chance to say no, it is rape.

    Uhm that's definitely not okay of him to do. Especially since you are pregnant now from it. How far along are you? And I'd get rid of him from your life ASAP.

      To reply 2 8serene8..ye i didnt think it was..the 2nd test i took had a weeks thing on it which sed 3 weeks which apparentli translates on the box to 5 weeks + so im stil unsure exactli..i thought despite of what he did he had a right to know and even tho hes away in puerto rico ryt now visitin family hes overly excited as its always been in his mindset 2 try have a child with me and settle down..to reply 2 jensapa and missSorel..ye we stopped seeing eachother last year even though he felt the need to visit me in hospital which i was greatful for, basically he kept texting me to try give things another go, i also had some keys to his place so after work i dropped them off which was pretty much the 1st chance i got to go over there, we argued untill we was ok and decided to be civil with eahcother for the sake of his 1st child that id become attached to untill he tried it again and i made it clear it wasnt going to happen and it was about time i got going..he stated it was too late to leave now, especially seen as i dont live anywhere remotely close, he apologised for trying it, said he doesnt want me travellin this late, i was unable to get a lift home of anyone and no money for a taxi (i live with my nan and pay her bills)..he knew i wasnt happy having to stay so offered to take the sofa, i had work the next day so said my goodnights and let him continue to play his games seen as thats where he was going to be all night anyway..the last thing i remember before all into a deep sleep was him getting in the bed sayin he changed his mind about the sofa but to not worry cuz he'd stay on the other side, i made it clear to make sure he did seen as i wasnt happy with the situation anyway and i moved as far over to the other side(squashed closely up to the wall) as i could and fell asleep and u all know the rest
