Is it normal for a guy to like dress shopping?

So, a couple months ago, some friends of mine told me they were going to go dress shopping over the weekend for prom. They asked if I wanted to come, I don't really know why. But, I said yes, because who doesn't want to hang out with a bunch of chicks wearing dresses for a couple hours?

It was LOTS of fun. We went to lots of different shops and stores and a couple different malls and my friends all looked at different dresses and tried some on, and they looked gorgeous in them and I just kinda followed them around and watched. I felt a little gay, but I know I'm straight, so that was okay. I enjoyed it MUCH more than I thought, and I even learned a little about how girls pick out their clothes.

Ever since then whenever they go shopping for clothes I always come, and sometimes they go to men's stores and I buy some of my own stuff.

Do any other straight guys like going shopping?

    I don't mind going shopping, girls like it when guys like to go shopping, I just don't like shopping all day, if we're just going to shop for like 2 or 3 hours, I'm cool with that but if you trying to go to some like all day shopping spree, fuck that... who am I kidding, if my GF asked me to go on an all day shopping spree, I'd say "Of course baby, love you :D."

      Yeah, I agree... I don't see anything wrong with getting clothes.

    Your friends are lucky to enjoy your company ! Personnally, I don't think a lot of guys would like to shopping with female friends even men with their girlfriends generally. I don't like to do some shopping with my boyfriend because I think I take too much time for that and even if he has never showed signs of impatience, I prefer limiting shopping excursions as much as possible. He said he's completely okay with it and said enjoying to know more about my clothing tastes and other stuff I like. Indeed, you've learned some pretty cool things about girls Otherwise, that's not gay to like shopping with girls. I think that a guy wanting to shopping with girls is fantastic !

    Yeah, it's a little normal I guess. To me it's perfectly normal, but then again, I have a crossdressing side so how normal things are to me in this regard might be skewed. Most guys, I don't think, would want to, but there are probably a bunch of straight guys (myself included) who wouldn't mind helping a girl get ready or pick out clothes when shopping. Heck, the idea that only gay guys can like fashion is so wrong. I would guess that more gay guys than not don't want a thing to do with girly stuff.
