Is it normal for a guy to just start singing this at random?

I dated this guy a little while back and this one time we were alone together at his place and he randomly starts singing shes my velvet rope then he went to kiss me i thought he was just being sweet but my friend said it was a bad thing he was singing that then just kissing me she says it means hes going to mess with me have his fun and leave me shes comparing what her boyfriend did which is close to what this guy i was with did (we are not together now we are just taking a break those of you who have read my other stories know what i mean by this) i personally don`t think she is right he is just a sweet guy (one of the many reasons i love him so much) but idk any thoughts?

    I'd say that's actually relatively normal. I randomly sing "Warmness on the Soul" by Avenged Sevenfold to my girlfriend sometimes. We've been together for two years now and have a baby on the way. I hope things work out for you.

    Sounds like the nosey best friend that every boyfriend fears. The one that always undermines the relationship out of good faith. It's up to you to decide what's right and whats wrong, and let your friend know that you appreciate her looking out for you, but you can't always follow her advice. If she's a good friend she'll understand. No need to dump a guy just cause your friend thinks so

      Yeah i told her that i appreciate her looking out for me but that i need to choose what is right and what is wrong and she said she understands and wont get into my business unless i ask her to and i agree there`s no reason to dump him because of my friend.
