Is it normal for a guy to find out he's bi/gay & stay married?

I'm bisexual and married. My husband knew before we got married. I'm totally committed to him but I still admire women as I do men, there's no harm in looking. You definitely need to talk to your wife about it. That way you can express everything you're feeling and once you're open about it, you can truly know what you want to do. Never keep things bottled up you'll start to feel resentment. You deserve to live a happy life and so does your family.

Sure it's normal. You're bisexual and you still love your wife. Try not to cheat on her, if you do so try to be honest with her and explain to her your sexuality.

I think you should explain to her that you're interested in men. If you're also interested in her still, say that. Ask if you can redefine your marriage to be a sexually open one. If you love her and want to stay with her, this doesn't have to break you up! If you're not in love with her, you should end it.
