Is it normal for a guy to fantasize about his sister?

Sometimes I will get a woman to pretend to be my sister before and during sex. I get her to talk dirty to me and say stuff like she's my sister and call me brother. And then say she loves me and just role play to the extreme. I think you get the idea.
